It's often hard for people to see passed what's in front of them… or not in front of them in the case of a vacant property. We'll accompany you and your buyer on a walk through of a property you've got your eye on and help them to envision the possibilities. From layout options to minor (and potentially major) updates they could do to the property to make it function best for them.
What to Expect
We’ll start with a tour of the listing. We'll walk through together (with your client) and talk about the opportunities for the space.
Prior to our walk through, you'll provide details about your clients and we'll do some research on the property so that this experience is highly personalized and tailored to them.
Typical suggestions provided:
- Layout options (we'll even have tape to envision the empty spaces better)
- Minor updates
- Major updates (with the consult of an architect, engineer, etc.)
- Ways of working a space
- General decor suggestions
- Small input, big impact
Consultations to the trade are up to 90 minutes (additional time available for larger scale projects). Travel for In-listing visits within 30 minutes of Westwood, NJ included and Virtually- anywhere! Virtual consultations begin with an additional questionnaire and we’ll ask you to submit photos prior to our “visit”.
FAQ
1. Can I use this for Open Houses or with clients? Yes you can! We can go through your listing with your client or I can be "on premise" for selling the possibilities of the property.
2. Can the consultation be online? We can easily schedule a virtual consultation.
3. What if I need more time? Absolutely! Additional time will be available at your trade only rate of $129/ hr.
4. Can I reschedule my time? Yes you can. While consultations are non-refundable, there is no fee for canceling or rescheduling with 24 hour notice.
